Ellen Rose is a spirit worker and guide.

Just like you, I’m trying to navigate being human in this world. It’s not easy!

For the last 30 years, I’ve been exploring what it means to be fully alive through embodiment and awareness practices, earth-based spirituality, seasonal living, and spirit teachings. Throughout it all, I’ve been working full-time, raising kids, and navigating relationships deep with love and loss.

The paradox of life is real—I’ve seen the sacred in the mundane, the perfection in the chaos, and the power that lies in the darkest times.

I’m here to help you rekindle your sense of aliveness and connection—with yourself, your soul, and its calling—with your family, friends, and lovers—with the earth’s rhythms—and with the unseen helpers always ready and willing to guide you.

If you are called to work together, we will set up a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss what you are looking to change in your life. We will discuss modalities that may help facilitate the next steps. Upon deciding to move forward, we will co-create a plan of sessions and exchange. While I am here to help you navigate the path forward, it’s important to understand that this is an active process that works best when you have a deep call and commitment to change in your life.

My Experience and Training

5+ years training and mentorship in Spirit Work with Jonathan Horowitz, Zara Waldeback, Shenoah Taylor, Christine Mark, and Annette Host. This includes trainings in Shamanic Healing, Soul Retrieval, Seidr Craft, and Creating Ceremonies.

20+ years Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurvedic practice, including a 500-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher certification from Kripalu

15+ years exploring somatic healing, earth-based ritual and spirituality, conscious communication, the process of transformation, culture change, and sacred community leadership at Kripalu, currently serving as the Director of Kripalu Programming

10+ years being a working mother

BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Vermont, with a focus on Colonialism and Genocide

Exchange

All offerings require an exchange of resources. I offer my services on a sliding scale and donation basis—lack of funds is not a barrier to working together. Exchange can be as simple as a gift for the spirits. Another good measure of proper exchange is offering me the hourly rate that you yourself earn. If you have significant means, a rate of $200/hour is requested.
